Law International Scholarships 2010
The University of Sheffield – UK
We are pleased to offer Law International Scholarships to all international undergraduate students starting their studies in the School of Law in September 2010.
The scholarships are worth £1,500 per year each.
Eligibility and Award Criteria:
You must hold an offer of a study place and begin your undergraduate studies in September 2010 in the School of Law.
You must be self-funding and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes.
The scholarships will be awarded automatically – no application is required in first or subsequent years.
The scholarships will be awarded unconditionally in the first year of studies. Award in subsequent years of study is subject to the achievement of 60% overall average mark.
The scholarships will take the form of a tuition fee reduction.
How to Apply
You can make an application to study an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Sheffield from anywhere in the world.
It is important to apply as early as possible as demand for places on undergraduate degree programmes often exceeds the number of places available. You do not need to wait for final examination results or references before you apply for a study place.
High entrance requirements for undergraduate degree programmes at Sheffield reflect the quality of the University.
The University of Sheffield has been welcoming students from all over the world for many decades and we have a lot of experience in assessing and understanding the many different international qualifications.
You may be required to take an internationally recognised English language test such as TOEFL or IELTS.

Beasiswa S1: Undergraduate Scholarships for UCL Students

University College London (UCL) offers scholarships for UK/EU and international undergraduate students. The application procedure for international students is the same as that for UK/EU students. Full details of how to apply are available from the Applying through UCAS page. It is likely that the British Council office(s) in your country will have information about UCAS.

Competing for a place in a training UCL strong, and you must have a degree of similar level candidate for the United Kingdom. In addition to the international baccalaureate, and we take a number of international titles. You can find more information about the information on the students part of this site. If the qualifications of their country of origin does not satisfy this equivalence, it is possible that you gather all our qualifications entering the base year of death - see the University Preparatory certificate in science and technology and the University Preparatory certificate for Humanity site for more details.
If your education is not conducted in English, you must prove an adequate standard of English. UCL Language Centre offers a range of courses in English, including one year Diploma in English for academic purposes and short courses for the previous session. Their website www. Beasiswa S1: City University First Year Undergraduate Scholarships 2008-09

Guidance Notes
By completing the application form, you will automatically be considered for all first year scholarships and bursaries on offer: excluding the City University Bursary and academic prizes. Please note that some of thescholarships and bursaries on offer have different eligibility criteria. Short-listed applicants will be interviewed for the relevant bursary/scholarship. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing as to the result of their application. Successful applicants will be expected to attend a University wide Scholarships evening in December. If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria for any of these

Worshipful Company of Saddlers Bursaries (2)
These bursaries are valued at £1000 per year and are open to students who completed post 16
education in the borough of Islington. This will be paid each year following successful completion

The Worshipful Company of Needlemakers Award
This award is valued at £1000 and tenable for one year and is open to Home students in the first
year of a full time undergraduate degree at City University. First Year UG

The Shirley Robson Memorial Scholarship
This award is valued at £1000 and tenable for one year and is open to Home students studying a
music degree at City University. Any Year UG

All questions from sections 1-7 have been answered
Your supporting statement is completed and attached
You have provided a copy of your ‘Student Support Statement’ or ‘Bursary Notification Letter’
You have provided a copy of your passport
You have signed and dated the Applicant’s Declaration
You are aware that there is an expectation for successful applicants to attend the Scholarship
Awards Ceremony in December

10 Beasiswa S1 di The University of Bradford Inggris

Beasiswa Luar Negeri. The University of Bradford is offering up to 10 scholarships to self-financing international students from outside the EU, who are commencing undergraduate courses in September 2007.

* Value – half the international tuition fee
* Awarded on the basis of academic merit
* Offered to international candidates from non-EU countries entering undergraduate courses in September 2007
* Awarded for each year of the course
The scholarships are worth half the full international tuition fee and will be awarded for each year of the course and will be offered on a competitive basis to applicants with outstanding
academic qualifications (successful students will still need to cover the balance of their tuition fees, and living expenses).

How to Apply

* Undergraduate candidates must make a formal application for a degree course at the University of Bradford via UCAS. Early UCAS application is strongly recommended for scholarship applicants.
* Only candidates who have FIRMLY ACCEPTED an offer of a place can be considered for the scholarships. Application forms will be issued automatically to candidates who make Bradford their CF or UF choice; others cannot be considered.
* Successful candidates will be expected to obtain, or already hold, outstanding examination results (either GCE A level or equivalent).
